Active Discussions, Team Building, Volunteering, and Fun
At Ntracts, our leadership team places a high priority on our shared company values. These values are the foundation of everything we do and serve to guide us as we continue to lead the way in healthcare contract lifecycle management (CLM). Even though our team mostly works remotely and is spread out across the country, we believe in the importance of coming together in person to discuss and reaffirm our commitment to our principles. Our annual, in person gatherings not only strengthen our alignment with our values but also help to reinforce the bond that makes us a strong and unified team.
At this year’s team-building event, we had a day filled with meaningful conversations, collaborative sessions, and plenty of fun!
Volunteer Day
As part of our commitment to giving back to the community in which our headquarters is located, we also made time to volunteer with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. On the day prior to the in-person onsite event, some of our team members packaged boxes of food for those in need. And others – since we arrived on the weekly cleaning day – swept, mopped, and dusted the warehouse – including cleaning under the pallets of food! We can see how the Chattanooga Area Food Bank has won so many cleanliness awards over the years!
Meanwhile, others distributed boxes at the Foxwood Food Center which provides shelf-stable foods, fresh produce, dairy, and meats, when available, to families in need, who have been issued food vouchers. Centrally located to accelerate their collective ability to meet the individual needs of those who have an urgent need for food in Hamilton Co.
Volunteering together was a tangible reminder of our commitment to contribute positively to the communities we serve.
Team Meeting
The team meeting was a huge success, as it provided an invaluable opportunity to align each departments’ and each individual’s efforts with the company’s core values and our commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. The collaborative sessions included:
- a message from David Paschall, our CEO,
- hearing from new employees,
- peer-to-peer recognitions,
- discussions on company values including specific examples,
- voice of the customer,
- and more.
The overall theme was to explore how each department can better align with one another, ensuring that our collective efforts are streamlined and focused on driving the best outcomes for our clients. By acknowledging and breaking down silos and fostering cross-departmental communication, we’re strengthening our ability to work together effectively, which ultimately enhances the solutions and services we provide. We’re confident that this meeting has set a strong foundation for the year ahead and will go a long way toward ensuring that we remain united in our mission and in our commitment to healthcare CLM excellence.
Ntracts’ Olympics
After our volunteer day and our day of engaging discussions, we wrapped up the week with an exciting and spirited Ntracts Olympics. Our team members divided into small groups, each representing a different country from around the globe: Djibouti, Poland, Greece, Norway, Switzerland, the United States of America, New Zealand, and Argentina. The competition was fierce as we faced off in a series of creative and challenging events, including Darts, Water Pong, Speed Puzzle, Flip Cup, Wastebasket Basketball, Pencil Javelin Toss, and Archery!
The Ntracts Olympics definitely brought out our competitive spirit but also underscored our commitment to teamwork, determination, and winning—many of the same values that are at the core of who we are as a company.
Until Next Year …
We’re ready to bring the same energy and enthusiasm back to our work as we did to our volunteer work and to our team-building games. We’re looking forward to another year of upholding our values and leading the healthcare CLM space with integrity and innovation!
