We recently had the privilege of participating in the HCCA Compliance Institute, where we took the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and share our expertise in contract management. It was an enriching experience, allowing attendees to engage one-on-one with our team of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specialists.
We made sure to have many of our experts across all areas – including contract data, reporting insights, CLM implementation, CLM automation – on hand to discuss best practices, address specific issues, and explore innovative solutions in healthcare contract compliance and contract lifecycle management.
Lunch n’ Learn Kickoff
We kicked off the first day of the conference, by hosting a Lunch n’ Learn session titled “Demonstrating Compliance Wins While Playing the Long Game: Thoughtfully Integrating Contract Lifecycle Management into Your Compliance Program.”
This educational session drew numerous attendees interested in the strategic integration of CLM into healthcare compliance strategies. Co-speakers Stacey Crudup, Director of Healthcare and Regulatory Compliance at Graham Healthcare Group, Sara Low, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations, and Stephanie Haywood, Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Engagement, shared insightful strategies and case studies that highlighted how a well-implemented CLM system could streamline compliance efforts, enhance transparency, and mitigate risks.
This session provided a roadmap for attendees, offering practical tools and advice to foster a culture of accountability and integrity within their organizations, emphasizing the long-term benefits of proactive contract management.
Meeting the Experts from Ntracts
Our dedicated professionals, deeply knowledgeable about healthcare contracting and compliance, were available throughout the event. They offered their insights and guidance, helping attendees navigate the complex landscape of CLM. Those who booked a 15-minute consultation gained valuable advice tailored to their unique challenges, needs, and initiatives.
An Evening of Fiddles, Fried Bologna Sandwiches, and Fun at Robert’s Western World
One of the highlights of our participation was hosting an exclusive event at Robert’s Western World on Monday, April 15th. It was a delightful evening filled with live country music, delicious food, and drinks. The event provided a perfect setting for networking with legal and compliance professionals in one of Nashville’s famed country bars. It was a night of great music and engaging conversations, thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
Insights from Booth #307
Our main hub during the HCCA Compliance Institute was Booth #307, where we showcased how Ntracts works in collaboration with healthcare organizations to significantly improve their contract management processes. Visitors learned about our sophisticated and automated workflows, transparent pricing, and the insights we gain from our partners at Hall Render, the nation’s largest healthcare-focused law firm. With over 85 years of contracting and compliance expertise, we demonstrated why we are considered healthcare’s trusted partner in contract lifecycle management.
Along with educational and best practice-focused insights, we also made sure to provide booth visitors with a timeless, functional item that’s in high demand: the trusty fanny pack!
Until Next Year’s HCCA CI Conference . . .
The 28th Annual HCCA Compliance Institute was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our capabilities and connect with others in the industry. We are grateful for the chance to meet with the many professionals who are as passionate about healthcare contract compliance as we are. Looking back, we are proud of the connections made and knowledge shared. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event a great success. We look forward to future opportunities assisting organizations in optimizing their contract management strategies.
