Our Story

Ntracts was established in 1987 in Indianapolis, Indiana by Hall Render, a leading healthcare law firm in the United States. After observing frequent healthcare compliance and regulatory challenges that hospitals faced due to lack of oversight of contractual arrangements, Hall Render began to develop an innovative solution to help healthcare entities manage contracts and comply with federal regulations. The solution transformed into a centralized contract management software solution which would soon evolve into Ntracts.

Today, Ntracts is a trusted leader in healthcare CLM serving hundreds of healthcare organizations across the country. Our Contract Lifecycle Management solution, backed by expertise from our team, and guided by our trusted board of advisors Ntracts helps simplify healthcare contract management.

Our Legacy

1987

In 1987, a Contract Management program called Contract Yearly Assessment (CYA) was developed by Hall Render and launched via floppy disk to clients to meet the need for centralized contract oversight and management.

2007

The Ntracts platform became available online as a SaaS offering in 2007.

2019

David Paschall joins Ntracts as CEO and overhauls the product strategy and leadership team bringing in leading industry experts who have spent their careers in healthcare CLM. With a focus on innovation, client engagement, and professional services, the newly expanded team rebuild the Ntracts solution to increase performance and improve customer experience.

Giving Back

Ntracts is passionate about giving back to the community, which is why we support a range of organizations around the Chattanooga area and beyond, including CHATT Foundation and Midwest Food Bank.

Highlights include our 2023 Waffle-a-Thon where CEO, David Paschall, spent 24 hours at Waffle House for a sponsored waffle eating event. Thanks to our donors, the waffle-a-thon raised $10,000 for the CHATT Foundation and the Midwest Food Bank. Our 2024 Annual Company Meeting was paired with a Volunteer Day where employees spent the day volunteering at the Chattanooga Food Bank.
